For an office or hearing office that changed, include the page address, what is different (the new street address, phone number or hours) and how you found out, such as SSA's Office Locator or a sign at the office. We confirm every report with SSA's data before we change a page. For a guide correction, include the ssa.gov page that shows the right detail. For advertising, tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
