How Do You Create a My Social Security Account?
SSA verifies your identity through Login.gov, or ID.me if you live outside the U.S. or don't have a Social Security number. For help creating an account, call 1-800-772-1213 and say "Help Desk", 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday.
